Playlab ReadingsReadings are the first step in getting a play off the page and onto the stage. Actors usually work with scripts in hand, without costumes, props, or sets. Audiences are invited to participate in discussions following the readings. Hearing the dialogue spoken by professional actors and receiving immediate feedback from the audience are of invaluable help to the playwright. Readings are free and open to the public.
