Eric Hissom - has portrayed many roles for the festival, including Proteus in Two Gentlemen of Verona, Master Ford in Merry Wives of Windsor, Eric in The Compleat Works of Wllm Shakspr (abridged), all roles in Frankenstein, The Modern Prometheus, Berowne in Love's Labour's Lost, Feste in Twelfth Night, Petruchio in The Taming of the Shrew and Benedick in Much Ado About Nothing.  He has directed the Festival productions of As You Like It and The Complete History of America (abridged). Other recent credits include Compleat Works at Cape May Stage in New Jersey, Eilert Lovborg in Hedda Gabler at the Arden Theatre Company in Philadelphia, and Andrei in The Three Sisters at the Philadelphia Festival for New Plays.  Mr. Hissom directed several works at Cape May Stage including Sylvia, Last of the Red Hot Lovers, the world premiere of Dracula: The Journal of Jonathan Harker, and his own adaption of The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, for which he also composed the music.  He is the playwright of the Festival workshop productions of The Island of Dr. Moreau and Billie and Fran. The Festival has sponsored the production of two of his plays, Daybreak and Dusk, at the Orlando International Fringe Festival.
