Susan Haugen (Director of Development) - Susan brings to the Festival an extensive background in arts management and human resource training. Moving from the world of Disney to the world of theatre brings Susan back to her love of the arts. She has been working in the area of process improvement/Human Resources as part of the Guest Satisfaction/Cast Excellence Measurement Core Team at Disney. Susan has an extensive background in Arts Management. She comes to the Festival from the Disney Institute Performing Arts and Film Team where she was responsible for booking talent, writing program copy and managing a team of support personnel. Prior to that, Susan served as Assistant to the Executive Director at the Cunningham Dance Foundation. With Affiliate Artists, Susan organized solo artist residencies with sponsors throughout the United States. At the Maine State Music Theatre, Susan served as Box Office Manager and as Director of Internship Programs.
