About PlayLab Sponsorships

William Shakespeare was once a new playwright, struggling to get his start.  Fortunately for the world, discerning patrons such as the Earl of Pembroke, the Earl of Southhampton, and Queen Elizabeth herself saw the potential in young William.  The mission of PlayLab is to discover and develop exciting new plays by the Bards of tomorrow.  Would you like to help them get their start?  You don't have to be an Earl or a Queen to sponsor a PlayLab Workshop.

For a $1,000 donation, workshop sponsors (corporate or individual) will receive the following benefits:

• 10 complimentary tickets to the sponsored workshop

• 2 complimentary tickets to each of the other two workshops

• Lobby display at the sponsored workshop

• Acknowledgment at sponsored PlayLab Workshop pre-curtain announcements

• Acknowledgment in all PlayLab press

• Presence on the festival website

• A $930 tax-deduction

• Satisfaction of cultivating new voices for central Florida's professional classic theatre.
